Arizona’s prescription drug problems have increased over the past decade or so, as has been a national trend. According to a report in The Republic, the state first took notice, when children reported more prescription drug abuse in the state’s annual youth survey. This discovery led to more, uncovering a statewide problem. Arizona Should Record All Police Interrogations
If the police have “their guy” and are questioning him on the crime he is accused of, you would think it would benefit all parties to record the conversation. Instead, in many police departments across the country, there is no recording, and the documentation of what was said is left to what is included in the police report and any signed statements from the defendant. AZ Supreme Court Asked to Review Marijuana DUI Law
You shouldn’t drive when you are high. It’s not safe for you and it’s not safe for anyone else on the road.
