Then I was arrested I was arrested on the spot for what the officer said was a suspended license.... I do not have a suspended lic. officer ! I live right if that lic i just gave your oisngt enough...let me get the paper work shoeing I am NOT suspended! yer under arrest. an with that he searches the car i was. driving...not mine,,, test driving to purchase...NOW BEING IMPOUNED long story short.... i was arrested, in the car there were drugs an paraphernalia . its been a year an half since then...i have been given two more driving suspended s because I did not have money to pay 150.00$ for the interview to show yhe lic I went and got back the next day...along with a notarized statement from the mvd agent stating there was an eror on their end..the wrong code was put in and...my question my life is now completely screwed up...see i drive a service truck for a living...so i kepy driving...now the gilbert courts, or maracopa have charged me with drug posses ion an drug paraphernalia 1 12 yrs later....how can this be when the whole search and arrest was based on erroneous info....and the personal loss i have suffered over this is beyond room to express... i was pulled over for doing 31 in a 25mph zone. 3 doors from my home. pissed but know prob…i was legal having gotten my license back two months earlier.
